Are you an urban Youth Minister?

This God in the City Youth Ministry Leaders Conference is for youth leaders, pastors, children’s ministry leaders, and anyone who wants to better serve our youth. The conference will be held at Esperanza on Saturday, May 14 beginning at 9:00 AM with a hot breakfast, tasty lunch, and workshops on mentoring, discipleship, evangelism, mental health, the arts in ministry, technology, and various others, and will end at 3:30 PM.

Also featured will be Esperanza’s first publication, “God in the City”, a Bible magazine for youth and young adults, photographed by a local youth and written from an urban context.

In the evening there will be a free youth hip hop concert with raffles, games and performances by renowned hip hop artists including our very own A-Ram (A.K.A. Anthony Ramos).

Join on your own or register your youth ministry team!

Rev. Rubén Ortiz, director of National Programs at Esperanza, encourages the public to reach out and share with those in their church network. “Know that we don’t want the fee to bar anyone who is interested in coming, therefore we can provide a full scholarship on a case-by-case basis”.
