As artificial intelligence continues to reshape how companies operate, four Mexican entrepreneurs based in Philadelphia are working to make the technology more accessible to small business owners and Latino entrepreneurs.
Their venture, Taskers Pro AI, was created with a simple goal: helping businesses adopt AI without requiring technical expertise, coding knowledge or large financial investments. Rather than functioning as a traditional chatbot, the platform serves as an operational system designed to help entrepreneurs organize, automate and grow their businesses through interconnected AI agents.
The company was founded by Al Rashid Martínez Arriola, a software developer who leads the platform’s technology and data infrastructure; Chantal Selem Avella, who oversees brand development and user experience design; Miguel Nevárez del Villar, a psychologist who contributes insights into entrepreneurship and human behavior; and Gerardo Coronado Benítez, a graduate of Universidad del Valle de México in Querétaro who manages strategic partnerships and institutional relations.
Working from Philadelphia, the team has developed a platform that allows business owners to build a digital foundation by organizing information about their services, products and operations. Once that information is established, AI-powered agents can perform tasks tailored to the needs of each business.
Among the platform’s capabilities are virtual sales assistants that respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other channels, tools that generate social media content in Spanish, website and landing page creation services, and AI-driven business guidance designed to support day-to-day decision-making.
The founders say the objective is to help small businesses operate with the efficiency of larger organizations. For many entrepreneurs who handle sales, marketing, customer service and administration on their own, AI can provide valuable support while reducing time-consuming tasks.
Although the company maintains strong ties to Querétaro, where part of its vision was developed, its growth strategy is centered in Philadelphia. The founders see the city as an important hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly within the Latino business community.
Taskers Pro AI has already begun building relationships with organizations that support small business development. Among them is the Small Business Development Center at Widener University, where the company plans to collaborate with a cohort of entrepreneurs in 2026 while continuing to refine its platform.
As artificial intelligence becomes an increasingly important tool for business growth and competitiveness, the founders believe small businesses should have the same opportunities as larger companies to benefit from technology.
