First, we should say that Trump should be presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Here is a man who has tons of money and yet, as of today, has not been able to hire and keep top lawyers. Right now, he is facing some deadlines and perhaps other indictments. When he was elected, he said that he would employ the best people, and he did hire some good ones, but they soon left, and then Trump trashed them. Trump also said that we would win so much with him that we would get Tired of Winning. Now he is losing, and I wonder if he is tired of losing.

I am not a lawyer, but I did direct a law firm and know what kind of work and research you must do before you go into court. And I know that finding other lawyers outside your organization with whom you should consult is also helpful.

Trump thinks he knows more than his lawyers and does not listen to their advice. He is the worst client since he will not shut up and, in media appearances, sticks both feet into his mouth and gives the prosecutors more information to use against him.

Donald should be quiet about pending litigation and refer any questions to his legal staff. But I don’t know if his ego could handle this.

He says he is looking for a top-notch legal firm to represent him, but I don’t see many coming to his aid. Some are afraid that he does not pay his legal bills. And all attorneys now are asking for a retainer upfront. Others don’t want to be a part of a case that could implode at any moment, given the uncontrollable client.

All the top-notch right-wing legal firms are not responding.

Donald Trump sparked backlash after insisting that he’s been turning down advice from top legal minds amid his ongoing criminal cases.

«You know, I tell all the people that all come in, they want to help … biggest people, some of the biggest people, the biggest law firms, the biggest lawyers,» he told a crowd at his New Jersey golf club on Thursday, June 22, in a clip shared by Ron Filipowski.

We all know that Trump would not be in this predicament if he had followed the law and immediately returned all the documents.

From what I know of the evidence, it seems that Trump might want to make a deal with the Special Counsel and plea trying to minimize his liability, but that might be too little too late.

Trump claims to be innocent, and the only way out is to go to court to prove he is not guilty. For Trump to be convicted, it must be by a unanimous jury. So, he does have a chance of having a hung jury.

I hear that there is a good chance that he will be found guilty but that different legal motions will delay the trial, and we will have to wait and see.
