Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attended the lavish New Year’s Eve party hosted by United States President Donald Trump at his private residence of Mar-a-Lago, Florida.

Images published on social media showed Netanyahu and his wife, Sara, among the guests at the gala organized to bid farewell to 2025.

The Israeli Prime Minister’s office reported that Netanyahu, dressed in a black suit and tie, and his wife attended by invitation of Trump, who wore a tuxedo, as his wife, Melania, sported an elegant silver-toned dress.

Netanyahu was the only foreign leader invited to the event, according to his office.

Trump assured Netanyahu on Monday, at their summit in Mar-a-Lago, that the Israeli Prime Minister could be among the guests at his New Year’s Eve party.

The meeting, the second between them since the announcement of the Gaza ceasefire in October and the sixth in 2025, ended with mutual praise despite the specific content of their conversations not being mentioned, apparently focused on the second phase of the ceasefire.

Trump also stressed that he would support a new Israeli attack, similar to the one in June, on Iran if the Tehran regime decides to relaunch its weapons of mass destruction program.

Also attending the US President’s New Year’s Eve party were his sons Donald, Eric, and Barron, as well as the former mayor of New York and former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, and the Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, among others.

During the event, Trump delivered a brief speech in which he celebrated his tariff policy and also auctioned off a portrait of Jesus painted on site during the party.
