The group consisted of various student body presidents, young activists, young professionals, and administration interns who heard from a panel of fellow young people talking about working in their respective fields. The panel covered a wide range of topics from mental health advocacy, career readiness, public health, education, and working in government. Pennsylvania State House Representative Malcolm Kenyatta also spoke to the group, sharing advice about being a young person in politics and how to get involved in state government.

The Speakers included State Representative Malcolm Kenyatta, Ruby Mundok, Executive Director of the Next Generation Engagement Commission, Sam Soliman, Makenna Lenover, Skylar Walder and Rick Colon
