We have opportunities to share with others and let them know how important they are to our lives. At the same time, we must begin considering what will happen to us, our country, and our world in 2026.
It will be a most interesting and challenging time as we are tested in so many ways. We will be asked to raise our voices, our posters, and our dreams as we seek to build a good future and foundation for all, no matter their political persuasion.
Building bridges
The abolition of the Death Penalty is a movement that will eventually stop these murders by our state governors. I am proud to work for abolition with so many great groups and individuals.
We continue to fight for all the Epstein files to be released, for all the truth to be brought out, and for justice to be given to these victims and their families. We also call for legal action to be taken against the rich men who abused these children and those enablers who knew what was happening and remained silent.
We should also consider love and compassion as two resources that we can share with one another.
We continue to take donations to border shelters, which include organic products from Dr. Bronner’s and LUSH of Canada. In addition, when possible, we donate new underclothes for women and children.
Bob Marley’s song lyrics calling for us to Get up and stand up for our rights are printed on our shirts, tote bags, and cups that we distribute to encourage more of us to do the right thing.
Mentoring activists in Nonviolence is one key idea that we share through many of our articles and talks. We continue to insist that love is stronger than hate, and that love will help us change minds and hearts.
Donations are needed
Like any nonprofit, we are able to do more with a little help from our friends. Your contributions of any size are welcome.
Volunteering will set you free
Many organizations and movements need good and energetic individuals who are willing to give their time to help restore justice and freedom. I personally have spent at least half of my life as a volunteer, and it has helped me share my work and dreams with others. You don’t need a PhD to make a difference; you just need to give your time and your heart.
